Week 3- Day 2

Such sweet relief.  I was very close to losing it.  My breakfast apple fell into a sewer grate :(  I'm going to make up for it with a chicken salad for lunch.  Because it is delicious. And too much subway can't be good for one.
Goal for this week is 130 even.  That'll put me at an average of 3.33 pounds a week, which is not too shabby.

We'll when i applied to that restaurant i got some food (which was a good idea and it led to me being hired)  but they had literally nothing good on the menu.  Very heavy indeed. I ended up eating a turkey wrap thingy.  I don't know calories, but i bet it was a ton.  there goes dinner

Went to the gym as usual.
