Week 1-day 5

136--  So, i was kind of bad last night.  By the time i finished all the things i needed to do it was time for poker, and even though i needed to eat i wasn't in the mood for tuna. So i was making mini corndogs for everyone (jiffy corn muffin mix and lil smokies) so i figured i would just eat a few of those.  But, since i only had the capacity to make six at a time, they all got eaten up really fast and, being the host, i didn't get any.  I got 3rd place tonight, and by the time the game was over i just wanted to go to bed.  Which turned out being kind of difficult with my head swimming.  Anyway i was so out of it this morning from lack of sleep that i didn't remember to bring anything for b-fast or lunch, so I stopped at Chikfila and got a fruit cup (80) and diet dr. pepper.


Tonight is going to be difficult again.  Its buffy/dude night in newnan and part of the tradition is getting fast food.  I've been looking on line to try and pick out the best option from whatever place we go.  I'm hoping its chikfila.  That char grilled fruit salad looks delicious and its only 230 calories.

DISASTER.  Kind of.  A bunch of guys from work asked me to go to lunch.  Since i worry about being seen as anti social i went.  No one mentioned it was a buffet! god dammit.  Anyway, since It was a japanese buffet it wasn't too bad.  I at a ton of ginger pickle and pounded some waters to fill me up a little, and then had about 4 tuna/salmon/avacado rolls.  I was going to eat some veggies and stuff, but they were all covered in sauce, grease.  Anyway, i have no way of guessing how many calories that was.  So I'm just going to call it 400 to be safe.  God dammit.  There goes a fun dinner...grabs tuna  can....grumbles....

So The evening went without incident.  Subway was the dinner choice, much to my relief.  I got a veggie sub on wheat, with honey mustard.  (250).
