Week 2- Day 5

Jesus 134 what is your problem! leave me alone! gawd.  I worked out yesterday and everything.  This is incredibly unfair. apple for bfast (60).  the plan is another subway kids meal for lunch(210) and a chargrilled chickfila salad for dinner.  Which should put me at like 480.  But this recent wall has me wondering if that is too many calories.  maybe i am just wired wrong /frustration.

So the decision for dinner did not lie with me, and we ended up at long john silvers.  never been a fan.  I got the "smart choice (gag) grilled salmon.  it came with rice and veggies.  according to the site it was 180 calories (salmon is 150, but i threw half away so 75; 25 for veggies and 80 for rice).  So that was better than i thought.  I assumed it was gunna be terrible for me. Accidental score!  Diet soda's for dinner beverages and snacks.  But no exercise. So meh.
