140. God, stupid scale! I forgot to weigh in before i got dressed so im pretty sure my clothes and shoes didn't help. Anyway, Bfast- Apple (60) and Coke zero. Ive been doing some pickle snackage this morning, so thats like (20)? Bah. Anyway, lunch plan is a banana(100) and some seltzer water with lemon. Im going to try to save the Tuna till this evening. They really smoosh a ton in those itty-bitty cans. Yesterday i didn't even feel like finishing mine. Feel bad wasting food. My clean plate club card should probably be turned in if i wan't this to work though. Sigh.

Anyway, I actually did some excersize today. Nothing too crazy mind you. half an hour of jogging (walking, running, walking, running) around the neighborhood, which just went to show how out of shape i am. Def got some tunnel vision at one point. When i got home I expected at least an hour had passed...But something is better than nothing, and i think now that i'm finally out of the "I have to go to the gym if i want to work out" mindset, i'll stop making so many excuses to avoid it.
Upside though, sweating makes me feel less hungry. Which is good. I feel like im making the choice to eat, not just shoveling stuff in my facehole to make the voices cease.

Seltzer water and lemon is hella refreshing. Its like a mojito without the sugar...and alcohol..and mint...okay, its nothing like a mojito. Speaking of alcohol, i need to buck up and learn to drink liquor again. Haven't been able to stomach much of anything besides beer and wine since high school binge drinking. But beer is super not good, so if i'm going to drink the stuff it needs to be not liquid bread. Also, the fact that bread makes you fat is terrible. Bread should be like the water of food.
Eventually ima eat another can of tuna(140) and hot sauce (negligible).
