Week 1- goal, 3 lbs?

No time/money for grocery shopping so there are going to be some interesting meals concocted.  Started off the day with two cups of chai green tea.  Calories, negligible i think.  Really hungry decided on early lunch of Kroger brand ravioli (its all i have at the office, I'll be Tuna fish tonight, get offa my back.)  Anyway the can says it has 250 calories, 6g of fat (2.5 saturated).  !050 mg sodium, which i think is pretty bad.  Good thing i don't care about my heart health.  I am all in this for the sexy... Anyway, I dumped half of the can in the garbage.  Take that temptation!
So, Dinner (at 4...so Linner?) consisted of your basic sushi package.  (it was cheap! 4 pieces of california roll. and then 4 assorted nigiri.) Picked up a ton of apples and Tuna fish.  new boring food begins tommorow i guess...sigh...i was kind of looking forward to eating all the random canned veggies.
