Ugh. I wanted to go to the gym, but it turns out its closed on sunday. Started off the day with a 230 calorie lean cuisine. Worked on my stone for a few hours, then went to my parents for fathers day. My mom always makes delicious, and I had quite a bit. I can only estimate but ima say atleast 500. And no running. ITs going to take me a few days to make up for this. I can feel it. sad face.
Total= maybe 700? maybe 1000?
